Resources for Parents

If you’re a parent, you’re here because you want to do right by your children, and that already says so much. Divorce is hard on everyone. But parents who are willing to look for help, read a book, or print out a worksheet are the parents giving their little ones a real gift: permission to feel OK.

This page is not a lecture or a guilt trip. It’s not a 10‑point plan to “fix” your family. It’s just a small collection of things that have helped me and other parents.

What You’ll Find Here

  • Worksheets for divorced parents – Express and understand your feelings, set goals, and manage emotions.
  • Quick reads on things like answering hard questions, managing your own stress, and spotting signs that your child might be struggling.

None of this replaces therapy or legal advice. Think of it as a friendly hand on the shoulder from someone who’s been in the trenches.

A Note Before you Click

Take what helps. Leave what doesn’t. Every family is different, and you know your child better than any guide ever could.

The fact that you’re even on this page means you’re already doing something right.
