If you’re a kid whose parents are divorced or getting divorced, this page is just for you.
Divorce can feel confusing, sad, or even a little scary. That’s totally normal. Lots of children and teenagers feel the same way, even if they don’t say it out loud.
The good news is that you’re not alone, and you’re going to be ok!
What You’ll Find Here
- Printable activity sheets – Draw how you’re feeling, fill in the blanks, and learn more about divorce, family, and your feelings.
- Quick reads for kids – Short stories about other children whose parents live apart.
- A “What do I call this feeling?” guide – Helps you put a name on what’s going on inside.
None of this is homework. It’s just stuff that might help you feel a little better, or at least feel understood.
A Note To You
You don’t have to use any of these if you don’t want to. Just knowing they’re here might be enough. And if you ever want to talk to a grown‑up about what you’re feeling, that’s always a brave thing to do.
